Welcome to Dotcoliv. The purpose of the terms & conditions is to ensure the smooth running of this business and to maintain uniformity amongst our occupants. If you wish to accommodate at Dotcoliv you are here by agreeing to the terms & conditions.

The term ‘Javad Raicin’; ‘I’; ‘Us’; ‘Our’; ‘Me’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website.

The term ‘you’ refers to the user or occupants of Dotcoliv.

The following are the terms & conditions:

• The occupants are subjected to comply with all the terms and conditions of Dotcoliv. Hence you are always encouraged to go through our Terms & conditions along with our privacy policy before you wish to accommodate.
• The occupants should comply with all the rules & regulations applicable in the UAE at all times and the community laws.
• The occupants shall obtain the required Insurance Policy including the accidents during their stay in Dotcoliv.
• The occupants shall refrain from committing any kind of illegal acts against the law which may lead to the police or other authorities’ interference and shall take the necessary precautions in security & all legal aspects.
• The occupants are strictly not allowed to make any changes to their beds, furniture, utensils or any kind of equipment that has been provided by Dotcoliv by removing or adding without the consent of the management. If you wish to make any adjustments, you are always encouraged to contact our Customer Support who will be happy to assist you with all your needs and requirements.
• The occupants will not be allowed to keep any kind of dangerous, flammable or explosive materials that might cause danger or expose to the risk of catching fire or explosion that which is considered hazardous including firearms by the insurance of Dotcoliv.
• At Dotcoliv we make sure that you are provided with all equipment which are necessary for you on daily basis. Hence, it will be your responsibility to make sure that all the equipment that is given to you is used correctly & wisely. Any theft or damage of the equipment shall be charged to the respective bed/room occupants. However, if you notice anything which seems damaged, you are to report it immediately to the managements at the earliest.
• Dotcoliv has all the right to relocate their occupants from one room to another time to time if required for any inspections or for any business purposes.
• Dotcoliv has all the rights to vacate its occupants whenever it wishes and does not have to explain why.
• Each occupant using the designated bed space is given the separate shoe rack, shared washroom, cupboard, cloth dryer rack and other facilities. Hence you are not allowed to use other occupants’ furniture or space by any means necessary. To maintain the harmony and peaceful environment between the occupants we always request you to adhere to the rules at Dotcoliv.
• If any occupants are mentally disturbed and threatens to commit suicide or self-harm themselves causing discomfort and disturbance to other occupants. Dotcoliv has all the rights to vacate you immediately without any notice.
• Anyone who is facing any issue with their roommates or occupants regarding the above issue. Please inform the Dotcoliv team immediately.
• Dotcoliv has the right to change its terms & conditions time to time as and when required.
• Dotcoliv also has the right to change, remove or alter any furniture, fixtures or electronics if required.



Dotcoliv shall not be responsible for any service that do not form part of this agreement i.e., any other services supplied by outside contractors such as:

• Dotcoliv’s members or team are will use all reasonable skills and care in performing and providing the best services to its occupants but shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage or claims of any nature whatsoever which may result from either of the following: fault of the person(s), affected or any member(s) of their party.
• In the events or circumstances, which could not have been predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care and skill.



Dotcoliv service & employees will be accessing the room/premises for housekeeping & maintenance service when needed. Dotcoliv will not be held responsible for any loss of the occupant’s personal belonging and hence have provided separate cabinets with lock facility for your valuables.
